The role requires strong electronics/electro-mechanical knowledge, PC-based systems experience, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent, with electronics/tech background.
• Preferred technical/vocational training or associate degree.
• Experience with electronic/electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install and upgrade VMS equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to customer requests.
• Escalate when needed and maintain effective territory management.
• Document field service work and manage related reports.
