Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on designated equipment. This on-site role covers a field service territory with remote work as needed and requires strong customer communication.

You will manage scheduling, escalate complex issues, and maintain documentation while building solid client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS Degree or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree, technical/vocational training or military experience with electronics and 2–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all designated VMS equipment within an assigned service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Manage time and maintain a schedule to include preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades as well as incoming customer calls.
• Elevate incidents when necessary and request assistance from more tenured representatives.
• Examine difficult customer issues, diagnose, and resolve the issues, and meet established FSR levels.
• Maintain territory management and complete field service and expense reports as required.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
