Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join the Data Center Power and Control Starline Team in a REMOTE role, supporting Eastern/Central Time Zone hours. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, purchasing, and accounting to ensure smooth service operations and strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate scheduling, orders, quotes, and communications with technicians and third-party contractors, while developing process improvements and contributing to department growth.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a technical customer service role.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience using an ERP system is a plus.
• Prior experience using Salesforce or scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and technicians during regular business hours.
• Manage daily tasks to ensure service operations are scheduled, completed, and invoiced.
• Create and issue purchase orders to third-party contractors.
• Direct administrative personnel to schedule personnel and equipment appropriately.
• Handle order entry via the ERP system (email or phone).
• Assist with quotes and coordination between Legrand and third-party service providers.
• Resolve customer service issues, track orders, and confirm on-site service dates.
