Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years in the field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; able to communicate with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair ABB variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Prepare spare parts, test tools/equipment, and document results.
• Submit detailed service reports promptly and coordinate with related groups.
• Provide feedback on product quality issues to reduce warranty costs.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, vendors, and staff.
