Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced ability to communicate information to varying levels within the organization.
Ability to perform field service tasks and on-site troubleshooting.
Experience servicing critical power equipment is required or equivalent military/work experience.

Responsibilities

Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Perform field service tasks and on-site troubleshooting within certified areas.
Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, and end-of-life services.
Coach technicians and supervise complex site activities; train team members and customers as needed.
Prepare material lists and ensure all parts meet quality standards and are available.
Identify potential product and quality improvements and communicate recommendations to management.
