Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain drive systems in customer sites. You will work with advanced equipment, travel to customer locations, and deliver high‑quality service with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities include commissioning VFDs, diagnosing faults, performing parameter updates and training operators. IPS emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent field experience in electrical/electro‑mechanical disciplines.
• Hands‑on experience with VFDs, DC drives or motor controls.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, motors, PLC interfaces and networks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drive systems and related components in field settings.
• Install, configure and commission VFDs, DC drives, soft starters and interfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance, data logging and system optimization.
• Provide clear service reports and customer guidance on equipment operation and safety.
