Qualifications
- Understanding of AC and DC drive systems.
- Five-plus years of field service experience or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze hardware and software performance.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across the USA.
- Work authorization to be employed in the US.
Responsibilities
- Installation supervision according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair equipment using electronics knowledge and test tools.
- Lead workers in servicing ABB drives and commissioning projects.
- Consult with engineering to resolve issues in operation.
- Advise management on customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Learn ABB tools like Drive Composer, Drive Windows, SAP, and Outlook.
