Qualifications

• Experience with electric power systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC-based programs.
• Knowledge of electrical PPE and safety.
• Military training in electronics or electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support via email and phone.
• Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system.
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule field service visits and support.
