Job summary

Qualifications

• Service experience with electric power systems – Required.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required.
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.
• Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.
• Clean driving record – Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches.
• Power distribution equipment maintenance and service.
• Remote power panels servicing and support.
• Provide customer support on site and via email and phone.
• Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system.
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents.
• LayerZero 24/7 incident response readiness.
• Travel to customer sites across the US and Canada.
