Job summary

Alma Lasers (Korea) is seeking a Field Service Technician II to travel across the continental United States with a focus on the East Coast. The role involves repairing Alma Lasers equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and providing Level 2 support by phone.

Remote work is available for candidates on the East Coast. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in electrical/electronic repair and at least 4 years of field service experience, with proficiency in reading schematics and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electrical or electronic repair.
• 4+ years of Field Service experience in a hardware/equipment environment.
• Experience with component-level repair is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning Alma Lasers equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and test for proper functionality.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform full board swaps as needed.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal teams.
• Calibrate devices using specified test equipment.
• Maintain repair documentation and paperwork.
