Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments or equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and test for proper functionality.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform board swaps as needed.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal teams.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, service calls, and installations.
• Maintain repair documentation and collaborate with Client Relations.
