Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments or equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and read diagrams to perform full board swaps.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper functionality and complete repair paperwork.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal staff.
• Comply with safety and ISO 13485 related procedures where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments or equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and read diagrams to perform board swaps as needed.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper functionality and complete documentation.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal employees.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, service calls, and installations.
• Mentor peers and assist other departments as needed.
