Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical/electronic repair or equivalent.
• 4+ years of field service experience.
• ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.
• Experience with component-level repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform full board swaps as needed.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers.
• Maintain and complete repair documentation.
• Mentor field service peers.
