Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or electronic repair or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Field Service experience in medical devices preferred.
• Experience with component level repair preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning Alma Lasers equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis and verify functionality.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform board swaps.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations as scheduled.
• Mentor peers and assist other field service personnel.
