Job summary

Alma Lasers, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to travel across the Central United States, with occasional coverage on the East and West Coasts. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate Alma Lasers equipment at customer sites and provide Level 2 support by phone.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical or electronic repair or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Field Service experience.
• Experience with ISO 13485 certification, preferred.
• Experience with component-level repair, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning medical instruments or equipment.
• Repair equipment after diagnosis.
• Read diagrams and schematics to perform full board swaps as needed.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain and complete repair documentation and paperwork.
• Provide Level 2 support via phone to customers and internal employees.
