Job summary
Axon, in partnership with Dedrone, seeks a Field Service Representative to deploy and install advanced systems across diverse environments, including rooftops and outdoor sites. You will configure, test, and hand over projects while supporting customers.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hands-on fieldwork, strong problem-solving, and basic networking knowledge. This remote role requires 50–70% travel nationwide and near Mid-Atlantic locations for deployment opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on technical fieldwork, including system installations or maintenance.
- Experience with security systems, sensors, or networked technology preferred.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for installation in varied environments (rooftops, outdoor sites).
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations of Dedrone by Axon systems, including mounting sensors, cameras, and other components.
- Configure systems according to site requirements and customer needs; conduct testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance.
