Job summary

Axon is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to deploy and install Dedrone by Axon systems across diverse environments, including rooftops and event venues. The role requires hands-on setup, configuration, and testing to ensure mission-critical security systems operate reliably at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation of Dedrone by Axon systems.
• On-site configuration and testing to ensure site-specific requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on system operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations including mounting sensors and cameras.
• Configure systems and conduct testing before handover.
• Create technical documentation and reports of installations and troubleshooting.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for customers during installations and events.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams for deployments and upgrades.
