Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing POS or computer hardware.
• Basic networking understanding applicable to restaurant tech.
• Willingness to perform light contractor tasks (drilling, mounting).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer service and support to clients and staff.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems and printers.
• Repair OEM printers using warranty and non-warranty approaches.
• Communicate solutions clearly to customers and document work.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades and cabling tasks as needed.
• Train staff on system usage and proper equipment operation.
• Diagnose product failures and order replacement parts.
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with team leads and field managers as required.
