Job summary

The position follows a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule with OT and afterhours. Candidates should reside within 20 miles and be prepared to drive up to 150 miles daily, with ClearVision/FieldVision for field operations.

Qualifications

• Great people skills and printer repair skills are required.
• Experience troubleshooting POS or computer hardware is preferred.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer service for clients and staff.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems, hardware, peripherals, and printers.
• Repair printers using warranty and non-warranty approaches as needed.
• Communicate solutions clearly and document work performed.
• Perform light installation tasks such as drilling, mounting, and cabling.
• Train employees on supported systems and equipment.
• Diagnose product failures and order replacement parts.
• Suggest products or solutions based on customer needs.
