Job summary

You will troubleshoot and repair POS hardware, printers, and related networking components, while ensuring smooth operation and exceptional customer service. You will install, configure, and upgrade equipment, document work performed, and train staff on proper system use.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting clients and staff.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems, hardware, peripherals, and printers.
• Repair OEM vendor printers using warranty and non-warranty methods.
• Document work, maintain configurations, and perform upgrades or replacements.
• Mount hardware, run cabling, and perform light contractor tasks as needed.
• Train employees on proper use of systems and equipment.
