Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an Account Manager to learn a Field Service software solution, deliver online demos, and consistently hit a monthly quota. You will lead QBRs, educate customers on business impact, and drive revenue through strategic selling.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline management, and working within a remote-first environment. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales are preferred, with Experience in field service a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a sales representative.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead QBRs to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long-term success.
• Educate and consult customers on business impact of solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored recommendations to close new business.
• Meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through pipeline management and value selling.
• Generate new business via cold outreach, email campaigns, lead sourcing, and networking.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
