Job summary

Schneider Electric's Field Service Representatives support customers by performing assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on data center equipment within a home-based role across the U.S. You will collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams, travel regionally, and complete field reports and training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational education or similar experience.
• 2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service.
• Completion of field service reports and startup data sheets; travel as needed.
