The role requires reading blueprints, knowledge of AC/DC power, 2+ years in field service, strong safety practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade certification in electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service.
• English proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, and teams.
• Complete field service and expense reports and data sheets.
• Escalation resolution with manager or regional service director.
• Ongoing training and hands-on product education.
