Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree, vocational education, or similar HVAC/R/electrical training.
• 2+ years field service repair and customer service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Ability to read schematics and operation manuals.
• Safe driving and vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, and technical support.
• Complete field service reports and startup data sheets.
• Coordinate with District Service Director to resolve escalated issues.
• Continuous learning and training on products in the field and in the classroom.
• Travel regionally for local or countrywide support if needed.
