Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional to install and support Video Products at client sites, train end users, and provide expert guidance on hardware deployments across Azure/Linux/Windows environments.

You will travel up to 75% to customer sites, work in CJIS contexts, and ensure IT networking and server maintenance. Background checks are required and safety/compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking and IT systems in field deployments.
• Extensive computer use experience across varied environments.
• 3+ years in a Field Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or configure hardware and software for Video Products at client sites.
• Train end users on functionality of video systems.
• Provide consultation and guidance to partners or customers during deployments.
• Generate technical field trip reports and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate with customer IT resources to resolve networking and server issues.
