Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and support Video applications at client sites, including Azure, Linux, and Windows environments. The role requires traveling up to 75% and training end users on system usage.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a Field Service environment.
• Experience with Networking, IT systems, and video deployment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, customer service, and time-sensitive deployments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major/minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites (Azure/Linux/Windows).
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end usage of video systems and provide expert advice to partners or customers.
