Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service professional to install and support Video applications at client sites, including Azure/Linux/Windows environments. The role requires up to 75% travel and a valid driver’s license.

You'll work in high-security settings under CJIS policy, perform hardware/software configurations, and train end users while contributing to mission-critical public safety video deployments.

Formación

• High School diploma, Technical Certificates, or Associate's, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in LMR, RF systems, or public safety tech.
• Must have CompTIA certification(s).
• Must be able to obtain background clearance for government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out Major and Minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at Client sites.
• Windows based depending on the customer.
• Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
• Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware
• Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system
• Provide consultation and/or expert advice to Partners or Customers who are executing hardware deployments on behalf of Motorola Solutions
• Work effectively in IT environments and provide feedback to support customer IT resources to resolve IT functional issues including networking, port protocols and server maintenance.
• Generate technical field trip reports and technical deployment documentation.
