Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional to install and support video systems at client sites, including Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows environments. You will train users, advise on deployments, and coordinate with Partners to ensure successful hardware implementations.

Expect 50–75% travel and work in high-security environments subject to CJIS. A valid driver's license, 3+ years in field service, and CompTIA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 3+ years in LMR, RF, or public safety tech.
• CompTIA certifications.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Motorola Video applications at client sites (Azure/Linux/Windows).
• Develop and implement efficient, cost‑effective solutions.
• Evaluate system specs to meet business requirements.
• Prioritize goals with management and support customer IT resources.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Provide consultation to Partners or Customers during deployments.
• Generate deployment documentation and field trip reports.
