Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a qualified Field Service professional to install, configure, and support video systems at client sites across the United States. The role includes travel up to 75% and involves working with Windows, Linux, and cloud/Windows-based environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service, strong networking and IT skills, and must pass a CJIS background check for government customers. Base salary targets range from $75,000 to $85,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in a Field Service environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.
• Background clearance per CJIS Security Policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on functionality of end-to-end usage of the video system.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to partners or customers during deployments.
• Work with IT environments and assist customer IT resources to resolve IT issues.
