Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a field service professional to install and support video and IT systems at client sites. The role includes hands-on hardware deployment, end-user training, and collaboration with customers to ensure successful implementations.

You will work across Azure/cloud-based environments, Linux/Windows platforms, and on-site networks, while complying with CJIS security policies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service or equivalent, including hardware deployments.
• Experience with IT networking, servers, and end-user training.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video applications at client sites.
• Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Provide expert advice to partners or customers deploying hardware.
• Travel to client sites as required (up to 75%).
