Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows environments. You will train users, evaluate system requirements, and generate deployment documentation while advising partners on hardware deployments.

• 3+ years of experience in field service for video systems or public safety tech.
• High school diploma or higher; IT or RF systems experience.
• Must be able to obtain government background clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Major and Minor video deployments at client sites.
• Support Azure cloud, Linux, or Windows environments.
• Provide training to end users on video system usage.
• Evaluate system specs to meet business needs.
• Generate deployment documentation and field trip reports.
• Provide consultation to partners or customers during hardware deployments.
