Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science/engineering field with 2+ years troubleshooting experience.
• Or an Associate degree with 4+ years troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide preventive maintenance and remedial maintenance for contract and non-contract customers.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and data for dispatch, inventory and service support.
