Job summary

PerkinElmer is hiring a Field Service Engineer for remote support in MN/WI with primary responsibility in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. You will install, maintain and repair analytical instruments at customer sites, drive performance, and deliver preventive maintenance under contractual terms.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer site.
• Drive toward zero service recalls.
• Complete preventive maintenance calls within prescribed time frames.
• Provide maintenance for contract customers, and bill non-contract services hourly.
