Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Field Service Engineer for field remote coverage across OH, KY, MI, PA, and IN. You will service, repair, and install company products at client sites, providing technical support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

This role requires up to 80% travel within the territory and a valid driver's license. A company car is provided for work and limited personal use. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work history.
• Willingness to travel approx. 80% including overnights.
• Knowledge of GMP and Plant Safety Protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of company products.
• Provide technical support on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failures.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator for scheduling and prerequisites.
• Prepare reports on product failure trends and service issues.
