Job summary

United Imaging seeks a field service engineer to install, service, and support diagnostic imaging systems across the United States. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and collaboration with regional and headquarters teams to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent technical experience, familiarity with MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray systems, and strong communication skills. Training opportunities are available worldwide.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support to delight customers and set industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update products.
• Lead new medical imaging system launches in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in the designated region.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Attend service training courses in the US and overseas as needed.
• Build competence and provide technical assistance to customers.
