Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the United States. The role requires residence near the posted location and frequent travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and support.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the Care Center and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≥75%) for customer support and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support to delight customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates.
• Assist with new product launches and training in the US market.
• Ensure timely escalation of issues for rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in the assigned region.
• Attend service training courses abroad and in the US as needed.
