Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Must maintain active motor vehicle license from the state of residence.
• 2 Year / associate's degree in electronics technology or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years advanced electronics experience.
• 5 years field service experience.
• Remote field-based position in the USA; live near Middletown/Dover, DE area.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment across multiple product lines.
• Complete installation quality checklist and PM inspections.
• Prepare work orders, parts orders, and administrative paperwork.
• Maintain assets per P&P and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide remote technical support and diagnose issues via phone or remote tools.
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with CMSU Solutions Center.
