Job summary

Carestream Health Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain X-ray imaging systems at customer sites in Maryland. The role involves customer relationship management, travel within the territory, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will service laser printers, imaging equipment, and hospital devices, with a company vehicle and laptop provided. Overnight travel may be required, and an annual incentive plan along with a benefits package is

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics or related field; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• 4+ years in diagnostic imaging or 6+ years in electronics, preferably field service.
• Knowledge of computers and networking; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to read schematics and site drawings; troubleshoot electronic, mechanical and networking issues.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility with customers through proactive visits and clear communications.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve equipment issues; escalate when needed.
• Generate service revenue by aligning solutions with the service portfolio.
