• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service, manage expectations, and ensure timely responses.
• Complete service paperwork including PMs, FCOs, installation docs, and travel logs.
• Travel approximately 70% within the Maryland, DC area; some overnight stays may be required.
