Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Medical Imaging to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment across the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington DC area. You will also manage customer relationships and ensure service delivery within regulatory requirements.

The role requires 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical environments, travel about 70%, and the ability to work with electronic, mechanical, and networking systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs equipment preferred.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting clear expectations, and addressing customer needs.
• Understand customer business and environment; generate service revenue.
• Participate in regional work team; improve processes and identify training gaps.
• Seek opportunities to increase capability and capacity (e.g., qualify in multiple modalities, learn new tools).
