Job summary

You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical or software issues, provide timely support to customers and maintain meticulous service records to support traceability and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance or technical support roles involving technical equipment or systems.
• Solid ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical or software-related issues using defined procedures.
• Good understanding of equipment functionality and service processes.
• Clear communication skills and customer-oriented mindset to explain technical topics effectively.
• Ability to work in accordance with structured service processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, calibrations and preventive maintenance on Sartorius equipment following established service procedures and documentation to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support by diagnosing issues and applying corrective actions.
• Resolve issues within defined guidelines and escalation frameworks to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels with documented symptoms and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate service records documenting activities, findings, and actions for transparency and traceability.
• Adhere to service processes, safety requirements and documentation standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
