Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer for remote coverage focused on the New England area. You will install, calibrate, and service Bioprocess systems, train operators, and act as the main liaison between customers and Sartorius teams in NA.

Expect up to 70% travel and residence near Greater Boston. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic discipline (or equivalent with experience), 3+ years field service, and valid driver’s license and passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical/electronic discipline.
• 3+ years Field Service experience, preferably biopharma.
• Valid Driver's License and Passport.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 and GMP/GDP.
• Willing to travel up to 70% and reside within commuting distance of Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and service Bioprocess systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and break-fix repairs.
• Provide operator training and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with Product Support and Hardware Resources.
• Travel up to 70% to customer sites.
