Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Bioprocess systems in the New England and Northeast region. This remote-based, travel-intensive role requires installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance, with focus on MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT and occasional trips to nearby provinces.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure service agreements are met, maintain accurate service records, and provide operator training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years field service experience, preferably in biopharmaceuticals.
• Valid driver's license and passport required.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2008, GMP/GDP.
• Goes by service level agreements and customer contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration and preventive maintenance on bioprocess systems.
• Carry out break-fix repairs and operator training for customers.
• Maintain fault-finding data and accurate service records.
• Travel up to 70% and work across MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT with occasional Canada trips.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when needed.
