Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical: service, repair and installation of customer equipment, including basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and parts management.
• Customer Service: maintain communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up using documented processes.
• Lead Generation: drive service business growth through sales actions for service agreements, parts, upgrades and equipment leads.
