Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in the United States Southwest region is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain our instruments while working from home with up to 80% travel. This role requires strong customer communication and hands-on technical skills.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automated electro-mechanical instrumentation, a technical degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel frequently is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with automated electro-mechanical instrumentation preferred.
• Two years’ experience in overnight travel for field service work.
• Two year technical degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Timely communication with customers, Team Leads and office staff.
• File field service reports upon completion of service jobs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through prompt communication.
• Maintain limited parts inventory for common service items.
• Assist with regional trade shows and sales support.
• Other duties as assigned.
