SUMMARY:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer technical support. This includes providing support via phone calls, emails, and traveling to customer sites to install, repair, or conduct preventative maintenance on our instruments. In addition, the FSE will train customers to use our instruments. This position is home based and requires frequent travel, up to 80% of the time in their assigned region, with some travel outside of their region. For this particular field service role, we would ideally prefer candidates to reside in the southwestern United States (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, or California).
