PerkinElmer in the United States seeks a Field Service Engineer to service Delta and Perten instruments across OH, KY, MI, PA and IN. This field remote role requires travel within the coverage states and offers a company car for business and personal use.

You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and minor repairs, coordinate with specialists on network integration, and provide application support.

Competenze

• Technical Degree or equivalent work history.
• Travel approximately 80% including overnights but usually not weekends.
• Knowledge of GMP and Plant Safety Protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to read and follow technical bulletins and service manuals.

Mansioni

• Complete preventative maintenance on Delta or Perten Instruments equipment within the region.
• Complete installs for Delta or Perten Instruments equipment with coordination from Springfield, IL office.
• Complete minor repairs for Delta Instruments on location.
• Coordinate with Specialists for network integration and security protocols.
• Provide assistance with Application Support on all equipment.
• Display exceptional written and verbal communication with peers and customers.
• Develop awareness of other functional groups and product lines.
• Role is budgeted for US Citizens or US Permanent Residents; no sponsorship.
