Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and VPN/remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot complex instrument issues, document resolutions, and close service calls on time.
• Manage territory, schedule visits, maintain inventory, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines during service activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives.
