Abbott is seeking a Field Service Engineer II for the Providence, Rhode Island area. This remote, field-based role covers the Providence region and involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting diagnostic instruments to ensure reliable patient care.

You will travel up to 25% within the territory, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to service sales and KPIs while maintaining safety and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 25% within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution and escalation as needed.
• Manage territory with planning of service visits, inventory, and on-call rotation.
