Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution and escalation as needed.
• Manage territory with planning of service visits, inventory, and on-call rotation.
