Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 40 % within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, complete installations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical problems across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution or escalation.
• Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain inventory, support on-call rotation and travel for training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and safety guidelines during service activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor fellow Field Service Representatives.
• Meet service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets for accounts.
• Utilize remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime and keep certifications current.
